GameStop Reveals Twitch Live Broadcast Schedule For GameStop EXPO 2014

GameStop, a family of specialty retail brands that makes the most popular technologies affordable and simple, is teaming up with Twitch, the world’s leading video platform and community for gamers, as its exclusive streaming partner for the GameStop EXPO. The GameStop EXPO is an annual consumer video gaming show taking place on September 10 at the Anaheim Convention Center in CA, while gaming fans unable to attend can watch the event live on Twitch.

Hosted by gaming industry personalities Andrea Rene and Corey Dunn, Twitch will stream live from the primary stage, featuring news as it happens from the show floor, games from marquee publishers, tournament play and interviews with industry leaders, developers and special guests. Gamers will be able to access the stream at and through their Xbox One and PlayStation(R)4 consoles and via the Twitch app on their mobile devices. EXPO attendees are welcome to watch the Twitch filming as it happens in Hall C-D on the show floor.

EXPO 2014 will offer access to more than 300,000 square feet of video gaming fun and technologies, including the latest consoles; upcoming games from top developers, such as Activision Blizzard, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Sony Computer Entertainment of America, Take-Two Interactive, and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment; thought-provoking panels with industry elite; and celebrity signing opportunities.

Attendees will have access to the top video game publishers, favorite console and tablet suppliers and game accessory vendors. They will be able to play unreleased, highly anticipated titles, check out never-before-seen footage, and much more.
