Mobile Mini Appoint Ron Halchishak Senior Vice President, Eastern Division

Mobile Mini, Inc. (Nasdaq GS:MINI), the world’s leading supplier of portable storage solutions, today announced that Ron Halchishak has been appointed Senior Vice President, Eastern Division. Mr. Halchishak succeeds Kyle Blackwell, who is retiring from the Company.

Mr. Halchishak has been the Managing Director of Mobile Mini’s operations in the United Kingdom since 2008 and will assume responsibility for the Company’s Eastern Division operations in North America on October 1.

Prior to joining Mobile Mini in 2008, Mr. Halchishak oversaw the UK operations of Mobile Storage Group from 2007-2008. Before joining the portable storage industry, Mr. Halchishak had over 20 years’ experience in the equipment rental industry including serving in the United States as a Vice President at Nations Rent and as a Division President at Rental Service Corporation. He began his career at Hertz Equipment, eventually being named Director of European Operations. Mr. Halchishak graduated from Humboldt State University with a B.A. in Political Science.
