Rent-A-Center Donates to Boys & Girls Club of Dayton

Rent-A-Center, Inc. (NASDAQ/NGS: RCII) today donated computer equipment and software, including nine Lenovo all-in-one computers and a high-tech multimedia computer to the Boys & Girls Club of Dayton. The Dayton site is one of four clubs across the nation sharing a total of $100,000 worth of Rent-A-Center funding for the development of “Tech Centers,” aimed at providing Club youth the latest in available technology.

“We are extremely excited about our partnership with Rent-A-Center and the impact the new Tech Center will make in the lives of the students and families we serve,” said Natasha Spears, Executive Director for the Boys & Girls Club of Dayton. “Bridging the technology gap is a critical component of academic success and BGCD is committed to helping are students succeed.”
