Grace Announces Release Date for Third Quarter 2014 Results

W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE:GRA) announced today that it will release its third quarter 2014 financial results at 6:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, October 22, 2014. A company-hosted conference call and webcast will follow at 11:00 a.m. ET that day.

During the call, Fred Festa, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Hudson La Force, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss the third quarter results and provide commentary on business performance. A question and answer session with analysts will follow the prepared remarks.
