The Women in Insurance Leadership program honors extraordinary accomplishments of women professionals whose leadership and performance have redefined the insurance business and its application of technology.

Copechal has more than 35 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry serving catastrophe-exposed markets for both personal and commercial lines. Her expertise includes underwriting, exposure management, reinsurance, product pricing, customer experience and leadership.
