Time Inc. Board Commences Quarterly Dividend of $0.19 Per Share

The Time Inc. (NYSE:TIME) Board of Directors today adopted a policy to pay a regular quarterly dividend, and declared an initial quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share payable on December 15, 2014 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on November 28, 2014.
