Style Comes Calling as Michael Kors Designs First Duracell Powermat(R) Collection – Keeping Today’s Jet-Setters Connected in Style

Duracell(R) powermatTM, the world’s leader in portable personal power, enters the world of jet set fashion with a collection of seven beautiful and luxurious PowerCase and powermat products designed by American fashion icon Michael Kors. Inspired by the designer’s Holiday 2014 collection, the new Michael Kors line will include seven Duracell powermat styles for Apple iPhone products. They will be available in a range of graphic color combinations including black and white, mandarin and raspberry, and Heritage blue and navy, as well as in Kors’ signature MK logo print.

This collaboration is the first of its kind for Duracell powermat, and expands the appeal of this powerful technology to style-savvy men and women who need power on the go. The collection, launching this holiday season, includes powermats and PowerCases for the iPhoneTM 5s/5, followed by Duracell powermat kits for the iPhone 6 early next year.

Each of the custom-designed Michael Kors Duracell powermat products has been expertly crafted to be as technically brilliant as it is beautifully designed. The iconic Michael Kors logo, embossed on the back of each PowerCase, serves to assure both user and admirer of the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that has gone into every design.

The powermat lets you recharge your iPhone and PowerCase wirelessly by simply placing them on the mat-no need to plug in your iPhone.

The new Michael Kors Duracell powermat collection will also be enabled by the Duracell charging ecosystem that is currently being rolled out in select Starbucks, beginning with stores in the San Francisco Bay Area and expanding to additional major markets in 2015.
