Cintas Corporation Ranked Among Top-100 Military Friendly Employers

Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ:CTAS) has been designated as a 2015 Top-100 Military Friendly(R) Employer by Victory Media, publisher of G.I. Jobs Magazine and Military Spouse Magazine. This marks the tenth consecutive year that Cintas has been recognized by G.I. Jobs Magazine on the Top 100 list. The annual rankings are based on the strength of company military recruiting efforts, the percentage of new hires with previous or current military service, development and retention programs and company policies on National Guard and Reserve service.

Cintas will be featured along with other 2015 Military Friendly employers in the December edition of G.I. Jobs Magazine and online at MilitaryFriendly.com.

Cintas is committed to training veterans for the ever-evolving job market by working to recruit based on characteristics individuals who served learned in the military. The culture of service, trust, loyalty, and hard work is one that lives out in the Cintas corporate culture as well as in the military. Cintas was an early adopter of military/veteran recruiting, establishing its dedicated program in 1989.

Cintas is working to expand its military recruiting by creating more opportunities to highlight their current employee-partners who are veterans. One such way is their work to establish a Veteran Mentoring program that will help new military recruits who become partners at Cintas use their military experience to propel them in the corporate work environment. Cintas has an overall goal to educate, support and develop Cintas employee-partners with military experience, while highlighting their success and service to our nation.
