Tioga County, New York, Chooses Tyler Technologies’ ERP Solution

Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:TYL) has signed a contract with Tioga County, New York, for Tyler’s Munis(R) enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. The contract includes related professional services, training and support.

Tioga County will implement several Munis applications, including financials, human resources and content management, to replace its in-house financial solution. The fully integrated Munis system will allow the county to make core functions such as purchasing, accounts receivable and payroll more efficient.

Tioga County recently invested to upgrade its IT infrastructure, and county leaders needed a turnkey solution that could be quickly and succinctly implemented into the new framework.

Munis is intuitive and user-friendly, which will help county staff more easily learn to use the ERP software. With Tyler’s evergreen philosophy, which includes software updates and upgrades as part of annual maintenance with no additional license fees, Tioga County and Tyler will be long-term partners in an effort to continually create operational efficiencies and make processes effective for staff and taxpayers alike.

Tioga County, located on the border of New York and Pennsylvania, has a population of 50,000 and employs 450 people.
