Craig Simon Joins Sunshine Bank as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer

Andrew Samuel, president, chief executive officer, and director of Sunshine Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:SBCP) and Sunshine Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Simon as VP, commercial loan officer for the Tampa market area.

“We are very pleased to have Craig join our commercial lending team here at Sunshine Bank,” said Bruce Carr, EVP chief lending officer. “His expertise in commercial lending and credit analysis will be a great asset to our organization and clients.”

With nine years of banking industry experience, Mr. Simon most recently served as commercial credit underwriting supervisor with U.S. AmeriBank. There, he managed a team of analysts, provided support to the Bank’s large professional and executive banking portfolio, and served as credit leader in the Tampa market.

Mr. Simon received his Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and currently resides in the Tampa area.
