AOL to Announce Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2014 Financial Results

AOL Inc. (NYSE:AOL) today announced that it will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss fourth quarter and full year 2014 financial results on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). AOL will issue a press release reporting results before the conference call on Wednesday, February 11, 2015.

To listen to the call via webcast, please visit our Investor Relations website at http://ir.aol.com and click on the link titled “Q4 2014 AOL Inc. Earnings Conference Call” located under “Events & Presentations.” We recommend going to the website at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the webcast to register, download and install any necessary software.
