Gwinnett County, Georgia, Signs Appraisal Services Contract with Tyler Technologies

Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:TYL) has signed an agreement with Gwinnett County, Georgia, for Tyler’s CLT Appraisal ServicesTM to conduct the county’s annual assessment work on commercial and industrial properties.

Gwinnett County selected Tyler’s CLT Appraisal Services after a competitive request for proposal process. The county has a history of working with Tyler and selected them because of past successful partnerships, as well as CLT Appraisal Services’ competitive pricing.

“There were multiple factors in choosing Tyler’s CLT Appraisal Services, including our successful history of working with Tyler and the experience of the staff,” said Gwinnett County Chief Appraiser and County Tax Administrator Steve Pruitt. “We are familiar with the reliable and cost-competitive services that Tyler provides and that gives us confidence in our investment in this project.”

Tyler’s CLT Appraisal Services – the country’s only national mass appraisal services company – has appraised more than 30 million parcels across 46 states.
