First Internet Bancorp to Pay Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of First Internet Bancorp (NASDAQ:INBK) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2015.

Future declarations of dividends are subject to approval of the Board of Directors and will depend on the Company’s results of operations, financial condition and other factors considered relevant by the board.
