Citizens Business Bank Names Robert E. Zeltner Regional Manager for Orange County

Citizens Business Bank announced the promotion of Robert E. Zeltner to the position of Senior Vice President, Orange County Regional Manager. Bob will lead all banking activities for the Bank’s nine locations throughout Orange County, CA.

“Bob joined the Citizens Business Bank team in 2008, after 25 years of banking experience in Southern California. His promotion to Regional Manager is well deserved based on his strong sales management and leadership skills,” said Christopher D. Myers, President and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Business Bank.

Mr. Zeltner previously served Citizens Business Bank as Senior Vice President and Manager for the Katella Business Financial Center located in Orange. Prior to his tenure at Citizens Business Bank, Mr. Zeltner served as Executive Vice President, Southern Division Head for Pacific Mercantile Bank and Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Division Head for Tokai Bank of California.
