Financial Engines Increases Quarterly Dividend

Financial Engines (NASDAQ:FNGN) announced today that its Board of Directors has increased the Company’s quarterly cash dividend rate from $0.06 per share of common stock to $0.07 per share of common stock. On an annualized basis, the dividend increases from $0.24 per share to $0.28 per share. The quarterly dividend declared today is payable on April 6, 2015, to shareholders of record as of March 23, 2015. Any future dividends are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
