“I have been honored to serve on the board of this wonderful organization and watch it transform under the great direction of John Conley and Gregg Rippy,” said Arrowsmith. “I am grateful to the two of them for their strategic leadership and positioning SIPA in a way that makes this a welcoming environment to step into.”

SIPA is a great asset to Colorado with its unique role in providing innovative solutions to local and state government entities,” added Arrowsmith. “I am excited to continue to move this organization into a higher level of engagement with its Colorado government partners and private sector vendors.”

SIPA’s partners are eager to work with Arrowsmith as well. Fred Sargeson, general manager of Colorado Interactive, commented, “Jack’s experience with SIPA since it began will provide continuity to the state and local governments that SIPA serves.
