Andria Contat Joins Sunshine Bank as EVP, Chief Technology Officer

Andrew Samuel, president, chief executive officer, and director of Sunshine Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:SBCP) and Sunshine Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andria Contat as EVP, chief technology officer. In her role, Contat will be responsible for directing the continued development and communication of Sunshine Bank’s technology strategy and vision.

Contat has 32 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining the organization, she served as the chief technology officer at Platinum Bank, where she led the creation and execution of their technology strategies; was the Information Security Officer, Business Continuity Leader, and main lead on the incident response team.

Residing in the Tampa area, Contat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration MIS from the University of South Florida.
