St. Jude Medical Announces Dividend for Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2015

St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE:STJ) , a global medical device company, today announced that its board of directors declared a second quarter dividend of $0.29 per common share. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first quarter of 2015 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $0.58 per common share. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015.
