STORE Capital to be Added to MSCI US REIT Index

STORE Capital Corporation (NYSE:STOR) , an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in Single Tenant Operational Real Estate, announced today that it will be added to the MSCI US REIT Index (RMS/RMZ) at the close of the market on May 29, 2015. STORE Capital is one of five additions to the index as part of MSCI’s semi-annual index review.

“We are pleased to be joining the more than 140 public REITs that will comprise the MSCI US REIT Index at the close of the market on May 29,” said Christopher H. Volk, President and CEO. “As a newly public REIT, being added to the index is an important milestone for STORE and reflects the results we have achieved since our IPO in November 2014.”

The MSCI US REIT Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index that is comprised of equity REIT securities. The MSCI US REIT Index is based on the MSCI USA Investable Market Index (IMI) (“the parent index”), which is comprised of all the securities included in the MSCI USA Large Cap, MSCI USA Mid Cap and MSCI USA Small Cap Indexes.
